GOLD MEDAL FASHION SHOW
ASK: Creating a social media plan to get people to attend the virtual fashion show, along with raising awareness and wanting people to donate.
INSIGHT: This was the first time the Fashion Show was ever a virtual event due to the COVID-19 outbreak, so I knew marketing for this needed to be different than normal.
STRATEGY: The idea for the marketing plan was to try to connect with our audience on a personable level as much as we could, in a world where we couldn’t be in person. Created original “Meet the Models” posts, where we showcased models and asked them a few questions, and had the models create videos countdown the days to the show.
WORK: This social media plan consisted of 3 - 4 posts a week. Post included: Meet the Models, Flashback Fridays, Event Registration Posts, Participant Videos, and Sponsor recognition.
